The former Hong Kong galloper is as honest as the day is long and would no doubt have been somewhere in the finish had he drawn favourably. He still may well be in the finish if the race is run to suit. I certainly wouldn’t completely rule out his chances but the tempo of the race will decide his fate. He will be hitting the line hard but I’d imagine the race will be over by the time he actually hits it.
