Liston Stakes Day At Caulfield

Some top class racehorses return to the track on Liston Stakes Day At Caulfield tomorrow with a red-hot field lining up in the $201,000 JJ Liston Stakes (1400m). Typhoon Tracy looks hardest to beat as she attempts to extend her winning streak to six.

The brilliant mare made light work of her rivals in taking out the Group I Coolmore Classic (1500m) at Rosehill in March and she should sit off Jungle Ruler in this race before opening up a race winning break on her rivals as the field turns for home.

Look for the Mark Kavanagh trained Whobegotyou to do his best work over the concluding stages but I can’t see how he is going to be close enough to trouble the Peter Moody trained mare who has come back bigger and stronger this time in.

There’s a couple other handy types in Heart Of Dreams and Predatory Pricer resuming so it should be a good form race over the coming weeks.
