Williams Chasing Fourth Straight Premiership

finishing-line2Victorian hoop Craig Williams is closing in on a fourth straight Melbourne Jockeys Premiership leading archrival Damien Oliver by two wins after securing a double yesterday at Betfair Park.

Saturday’s meeting at Moonee Valley could decide the race with Williams riding the highly fancied two-year-old Tat Tat Brav. The season winds up next Wednesday at Betfair Park.

Oliver had a day to forget yesterday riding four placegetters form six rides as Williams made the most of his misfortune to pilot Hukba and Belle Artiste to victory for trainers David Hayes and Greg Eurell.
