Takeover Target is a shock scratching from the Golden Jubilee Sprint race at Royal Ascot on Saturday night. The Joe Janiak trained nine-year-old gelding who won the 2006 Kings Stand Stakes, a race taken out in emphatic fashion by another Aussie raider Scenic Blast earlier this week, has been withdrawn after he was found with an an elevated temperature.
